ASC (Autism Service Center) Description: ASC is a nonprofit , licensed behavioral health center, founded in 1979 by Dr. Ruth C. Sullivan, Director. The agency provides developmental disabilities services with a specialty in autism. Services include service coordination, residential (homes, supervised apartments, foster care), day programs, personal care, assessments and evaluations, supported employment, independent living and family support. The agency serves individuals with developmental disabilities in Cabell, Lincoln, Mason and Wayne counties in West Virginia. Currently ASC serves over 350 clients.
